Research shows that some of the skills and abilities girls and young women need to become strong and effective leaders include risk taking, courage, confidence, empathy, dealing with conflict, clear communication, collaboration skills and critical consciousness.

NO STRINGS ATTACHED​

Our simple, no strings attached impact grants help fund elementary and secondary educators who build meaningful relationships with all their students, coaching female identified young people in particular, to be leaders in the classroom, in their communities, and in their own lives. These $1,000 grants are a gift, simple and straightforward, and do not need to be repaid.
