Catalyst for Change
Classroom Catalyst is a woman-built and -directed grant program that supports educator-designed initiatives that use the classroom or community as a catalyst for change in the lives of all girls. We provide $1,000 grants to classroom instructors, coaches, camp, and religious leaders working in U.S. states, tribes, and territories in every content area, who serve students in Grades 2-12.

Many teachers believe that female-identified people are inherently capable of being powerful in their own lives and in leading others. These teachers believe that leadership abilities and skills can be taught and nurtured. They know that all students have the innate potential to lead regardless of their gender, race, or socio-economic background. We believe in the power of teachers.
